A. Stephen McDaniel, J.D., A.E.P., E.P.L.S., is a grandparent who is the senior partner with the Memphis, Tennessee, law firm of Williams, McDaniel, Wolfe, & Womack, P.C. He is a former president of the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, and Past-President of the Estate Law Specialist Board, Inc. McDaniel is a Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Council, a Certified Estate Planning Specialist, and an Accredited Estate Planner. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Memphis, and he has served for many years as an adjunct faculty member of the University of Memphis School of Law.
